The space comes fully equipped with comfortable loungers, a shaded table set with an umbrella, and complimentary life jackets for added safety. Whether you’re soaking up the sun or enjoying laughter-filled games in the water, The Pip Stop pool is your go-to summer retreat.

Step into a space designed for nonstop fun and connection. Featuring a massive 17-foot theater screen, a state-of-the-art golf simulator with world-famous courses, billiards, ping pong, darts, roulette, chalkboards, and more — there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Stream your favorite shows and movies with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime, or gather to watch the big game with family and friends in the ultimate theater experience.

Unwind and enjoy the peaceful beauty of nature at The Pip Stop’s private fishing pond. This serene spot is perfect for casting a line and spending quality time outdoors. Stocked with largemouth bass, bluegill, and carp, it offers a relaxing catch-and-release experience for anglers of all levels.

For your convenience, the pond includes a John boat with oars and life jackets. Guests are welcome to bring their own fishing gear, or rent poles and tackle for a small additional fee. Please note: swimming is not permitted in the pond.
